Unfortunately, the hotel is very close to a building site. I understand they can't do anything aboiy that, but it does mean you'll get woken up at 7am on weekdays when they start work.
Wifi is provided, but is very unreliable. We were on the first floor and connection kept dipping in and out. I can only assume the floors above us were worse.
On the plus side, breakfast was delicious and plentiful, with lots of choice. If you're having an early start and order a breakfast box, dont leave it till you're on the way out to collect it. We gave a time we needed ours, but it wasnt ready.
Hotel is in a good location with bars, cafes, restaurants and a market within walking distance. Wawel castle is only a short walk away. The hotel is also very close to the tram / bus routes, and the tickets are pretty cheap.
All in all, a good stay as long as you're not looking for a peaceful lie in.
