Fantastic hotel to stay if you're visiting Krakow. The hotel is pretty central to everything with the Jewish corner only being round the corner and a 10/15 minute walk to old town. The room was lovely, big bed and bathroom with a bath and shower. Complimentary tea, coffee and water. Mini bar was extra charge. We opted for breakfast which was lovely. A good choice of cold and hot options. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

Excellent hotel. 5 minutes from the Jewish quarter and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Breakfast was very good. We stayed in a Junior Suite and it was very big and a lovely comfortable bed. Everything you could want in a hotel.

We had a superior room which was very large with serious amounts of storage. Staff couldn't do enough, very friendly and cheerful. Breakfast was worth every penny, excellent variety. Cleanliness was excellent. Will recommend this hotel to our friends.

The hotel was great and in a great location. The breakfast was good with plenty options. We had a room at the front of the hotel and could hear every train but not the hotels fault. I would fully recommend and will use again if I return.

Very beautiful hotel and room. The one thing to note is no temperature control, mainly a/c. While it was mostly comfortable, it was a cooler time of the year. Not sure how it would be in the summer The area around has many places to eat and shop. The restaurant and bar that’s attached was excellent I would recommend, as long as there’s a way to control the temperature in the room
