A three trip tip to Krakow,

The hotel and staff were excellent it was in walking distance to the old city close to numerous restaurants, shops, and sites!

Fabulous hotel

Lovely staff, very comfortable bed and clean,well appointed rooms. It was very quiet at night which was meant we slept well. It’s located in a great place, just a couple of minutes walk from the main square. If we ever return to Krakow I will definitely stay here again

Central hotel close to old town. Inadequate staffing at check-in resulting in queues and delays. No concierge or porter to assist. Similarly in restaurant, wheŕe a good breakfast was served but which was understaffed resulting in uncleared dishes on tables. Room was comfortable but in need of an upgrade.

Overall, very positive stay! The main plus is the location and very friendly and accommodating staff. We were able to check in earlier, which was huge given the long travel with small kids. Minor little things like netfix not working, little issues with they key card, were not really a bother. The gym was a great plus and open 24 h. Would definatly stay again for the location and spacious room and spa like bathroom!

Excellent location for visiting everywhere we had on our list! Right by a tram line but it was easy enough and close enough to walk. Staff were friendly & helpful. A convenient pick up point for the trips we had booked. A (unexpected) birthday treat was a lovely touch on my husband’s birthday. Liked option to not have room cleaned and the ‘reward’ for doing so. If we ever return to Krakow we would definitely stay here again.
