Convenient location and very quiet even if next to the mall and train station. Staff were helpful when we didnt know how to operate the shower.
Theres a pedestrian bridge from the mall plaza as the road is sunken, so its quiet.

This is my usual transit hotel when working in Poland. The staff are friendly, it is near the railway station and one of the Christmas Markets, they do a good breakfast, and the price is good.

This is one of the greatest hotel that I never stayed. Everything was great, breakfast was excellent, delicious, the room is really beautiful ans clean. The hotel is very clean, impeccable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We are glad for the service.

The room is modernly decorated, but the carpet looks old. I think it’s the style, but that wasn’t my first impression. The room size is adequate for a single person. The shower room is a little small. Unfortunately, I was assigned a ground-floor room, which was the worst part, as I couldn’t open the curtains. Still, it was quiet. The location is perfect if you don’t have large luggage. You can see the hotel as soon as you exit the shopping mall or the train station, but you do need to cross a short bridge. If you have large luggage, you’ll need to walk a bit farther to find an elevator. Also, be mindful that some homeless people may sleep inside during cold weather (as I experienced), so you might need to go a bit further.

The hotel was fantastic. The rooms were brand new. Service was incredible and parking was secure. A short walk into the Old Town. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Krakow.

A great location for exploring Krakow

Sky Hotel is in an excellent location, a very short walk to the Old Town also the railway station and large shopping mall. the hotel is in top condition and spotlessly clean. Good fast Wi-Fi. Breakfast is OK, but there is no full restaurant, just a small menu at the bar. Effective aircon, also good powerful shower. (small gripe is the lack of English language TV channels, only news being Al Jazeira!)

We just left this fabulous property today. I can’t imagine a hotel in Krakow that’s in a better location. Just a few minutes across the square is Kraków’s main train station, connected to one of Poland’s largest shopping malls. It’s a 10 minute walk to the Old Krakow town square where we ate every evening. Side note - the prices in Poland are amazing when compared to North America. A nice dinner for two, with wine, beer, etc. will run you $50-$75 CAD total, depending what you order. Items in local stores are also cheap including beer, fresh sandwiches, snacks, etc. Back to the hotel itself, this is a newly renovated, modern facility. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped and the daily breakfast had every option you could want. I highly recommend staying here.

Amazing hotel and I definitely will choose to stay here again! The location is superb for transit, walking, shopping and dining. The Wifi worked well and my room was modern, clean and very spacious. The staff were all incredible and so warm throughout my stay - very accommodating and helpful.

Stay here if you visit Krakow!

Good location. Near to main train station, shopping mall and old town. You hardly hear the trains and trams even though the hotel is next to the tracks.
