In addition, the apartment has a spacious living/dining room, a very well equipped lockable kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. A staircase leads to the studio on the upper floor. Here you will find two single beds and a sofa bed. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, cable TV, board games, a baby cot and a high chair.



The outdoor area boasts a furnished balcony with awning and a children's playground in the garden. From the sunny south-facing balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view, but you can also keep an eye on your children playing and romping around on the hotel's own playground. A supermarket is 300 m away from the accommodation and a restaurant is 78 m away. The Kressbronn lido is a 20-minute walk (1.7 km) away.

There is a parking space for your car in the underground car park.

Bed linens and towels are available upon request and for an extra charge in a laundry set.
