"Das St. Regis ist mehr ein 3* als 5* Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aber das war es auch schon. Leider ist das Hotel sehr verbraucht und dreckig. Kaputt Möbel, verrissene Kissen. Sauberkeit geht anders. Das Essen kann sehr gut sein und beim nächsten Mal wieder unterer Durchschnitt. Sehr schade, hier erwartet man mehr für den Namen."
