This is a very high standard property in a great location. The general highlight was the amazingly good attitude towards the guests of every single member of staff. They couldn’t have been any more helpful or friendly, always offering to do more to help. The Club option is well worth taking for complimentary snacks and drinks. A special mention for the airport limo service, it doesn’t just deliver you to your destination, you are escorted through the airport to the correct checking desk and then on to the security gate, it took away a lot of the hassle. We’re very happy to be coming back in a couple of weeks.

The hotel Is Amazing and the location super. Unlikely the staff Is not at the level of the expectation for Mandarin Hotel, for example we called the day before tò ask for and extra bed, they confirmed that they can provider It and that the bed was already in the room. At out arrival at midnight the room was not ready. It took more than One hour tò have It. This Is not accepable for a hotel of this level.

Fantastic hotel - brilliant experience. Luxurious and spacious rooms. Fabulous staff. Excellent gym. Delicious food. Room technology very temperamental is only very slight negative as made ordering room service a mission! Staff quick to support through this. Really grateful for late check out as have an evening flight. We love love LOVE this hotel,

The water outlet of the tap of the bathtub was slightly dirty, however we did not need to use it so it was fine. Was a bit dusty in the wardrobe when open seeing some dust flying in the air, otherwise the room is perfectly cleaned. The bathroom floor was a bit slippery to walk with the hotel's slippers as we did not expect it was that smooth on the marble floor.
