The property was neat and tidy but needs new pillows, towels and new electric kettle

one of the mattress is not well maintain as the spring below seemingly poking on my back and not providing good support. Pillow was not firm and had a strained neck. Overall room is still acceptable.

The location and the view from its balcony are unbeatable. However, checkin process was such a pain. First this is in a shared building as the hotel Ramada, same address same building. So it was very confusing when I went to the counter to check in they said they aren’t the host/owner. Then finally got a hold of them they sent this long lists of steps to follow to just get the key to the room.
Room itself though pretty spacious for one person. I was reading reviews on Google and seems like people had experience having roaches. Though it didn’t happen to me but I was definitely very alarmed my entire stay. Especially there are stains on pillow cases and chair, scratches on coach that they tried to cover with a blanket, broken chair, etc
