In a few minutes you can reach on foot the long sandy beach, the promenade and for shopping the center of Kühlungsborn-West. Bakers, supermarket, restaurants and bike rentals are in the immediate vicinity.
The house is furnished to a high standard with furniture in Frisian blue and carpets.
The ground floor is the spacious light-filled living / dining room with a leather sofa / armchair, cozy dining area, reading area and 2 children's chairs.
Flat-screen TV, DVD / radio CD player and selected books, games and toys ensure that the holiday mood is always maintained.
The kitchen is fully equipped, u. a. with dishwasher, oven with ceramic hob, washing machine, dryer and microwave. Shower room and storage room complete the offer on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms for 2 persons plus 1 cot and a bath. The large bedroom has a second TV, radio with CD and a desk, so that you can undisturbed retreat. In the small bedroom is a compact desk available, so that undisturbed working / learning is possible.
The kitchen and the two bathrooms have natural light.
The cozy sheltered garden is equipped with a south and west terrace. A beach chair and generous seating invite you to linger. In addition to the house you will find a garage with an inner length of about 4.90 m with closed swing door for your car and a lockable storage room for bicycles.
Hotels with saunas, spa services (700m away) and indoor pool (1300m) are available for a fee.
The cottage offers year-round recreation for the entire family. In this apartment house you will find a free Wi-Fi access.
