Place was nice! The house has all of the things you need to not have to worry about much on a week long getaway. The pool shed had a bunch of things like beach chairs, grills, and surfboards! The only down side was that some of these things were broken. Do not buy sand toys! They have sand toys and we left some as well! I don’t recall the back being as lit as the pictures but we didn’t do much night swimming. The people were great to communicate with. They answered all questions quick and timely very good support! It is a literal 4 minute walk to the beach. Bring a wagon. This is a wonderful place in a wonderful location! Thank you!

Backyard Oasis

The best thing about this property is the outdoor living space! The pool and patio furniture make you feel as though you're on a mini resort. It's a short walk to the beach so you can enjoy the ocean and sand. The best of both worlds!

This house was perfect for our vacation. It was a short walk to the beach and everything we wanted to do was a short drive away. The house could use a little TLC and it would have been much better if the hot tub worked and the pool was heated. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

A great beach house

Outside pool and deck really nice. House has issues. Left after the cockroach fell on my head while laying down in bed. House not clean and they need to replace ALL of those nasty rugs. No offer of a refund for time left on house. Just to be clear was not just one roach. Stop charging all that money for cleaning ! The money you pay these homes should be spotless and bug free!

Beach paradise

My family and I have stayed at several vacation rentals in Carolina Beach, I can honestly say by far this has been our best experience. Not only did we have a private pool, but we had a shed full of beach toys, bicycles, grill, and lots of other fun stuff. The house also had plenty of beach towels to go around. The house was perfect, including everything that our family needed on our stay. Upon arrival check-in was very easy and my favorite part was the little notes throughout the house to remind us of things. That made our stay so much easier. I can’t wait to vacation here again, thanks for the best stay ever.

Stay over Christmas break.

I will start with the 1 positive. The house was a 5 minute walk to a very nice beach, so when the weather is warm it would be good. The house had a pool and "Hot Tub" the pool was clean but freezer and the hot tub was not hot. Yes it did say that in the advertise ment but it was buried in the description. Also the fire pit ran out of propane and the tank was not refilled . So for 2 nights we had not firepit/place. We were told that since its the holiday it would not get refilled, but the point is that it should have been checked before we checked in. The condition of the house was clean and ok.

Great Set Up

The house was cute. The pool area was awesome. Really liked that they had everything you needed for a fun day at the beach. The bedrooms were small except master. The carpets appeared dirty. The kitchen was mostly well equipped, however there was very few glasses and mugs for 6 grown ups. The one big issue I had with the house is I had to call management to report that none of the windows locked and I didn’t feel safe. They did send someone over to fix that. But The rental agent was not very pleasant to deal with and made me dumb.

Family Vacation at Tipsea Toes, Kure Beach.

We had a good time. House could of been cleaner. My kid dropped a toy between couch cushions and I put my hand under couch and floor felt disgusting. Beds were not that comfortable. Wash cloths need replaced ASAP. Front hose would never fully turn off so it was leaking water. Bug spray people came and sprayed outside of fence but never came in side fence, which plants, trees needed sprayed also. A night bugs took over the back patio. Pool people came and cleaned pool Saturday. Kitchen had everything you need to cook whatever. We used the Baby Quip rental for some items and that was great. The pool at Tipsea Toe was the highlight for my kids, they really enjoyed it. The neighborhood was awesome, quite and friendly. Location of house was awesome 2min walk to beach. Communication with property managers was great. Over all had a wonderful time. We will book again. Thank you!

Perfect Getaway

The house was comfortable for 4 adults and a toddler. We really enjoyed the outdoor space. The pool and deck area are nice. The picture of the pool with the hot tub shows water flowing from the tub to the pool. On our visit, the tub was only partially filled. We knew it was nonfunctioning as described. Fire pit was a plus. They even had a mist system on the deck. Garage was neat and tidy loaded with beach gear. The front porch has 2 rockers and cooler in the evenings. Neighborhood was quite with the walk over to the beach fairly close. The grill works well. Our beds were comfortable. One of the bathrooms is small and could use updated but it was clean. Washer/dryer worked well. It was great being able to text messages to management. They were responsive to all text.

Great pool and amenities

My family and I had a very nice time at Tipsea Toes in Kure Beach NC. We are long time visitors of either Carolina or Kure beach and decided to try this house. The walk to the beach is not bad at all. My guess-timation is about 2 blocks from the door to the beach; turning left on F.F. Blvd is, by far, the shorter route. My grown children really enjoyed the pool and other outdoor features as well. The shed is well-equipped with many family fun items. We also enjoyed the use of the fire feature in the evening. I very much like having a smoke free animal free place to stay too.

Cozy Stay Close to Beach

This cozy little house was perfect for my family. Looks newly renovated with new appliances, bathrooms and outdoor spaces, though the furniture is a bit dated. The house was well stocked with the necessities (paper towels, soap, TP, etc) though the kitchenware left much to be desired. (Plastic cup, plates, etc. ) They also provide anything you may need for a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable with the exception of the bunk beds, not comfortable and very noisy. I was disappointed that we couldn't use the hot tub (Though it was not advertised as working, it is showing in the main photo.) and the shades in the master bedroom were not hung, leaving us feeling a bit exposed to the neighbors. The managers were extremely helpful and communicative. Providing great information on the island and local activities. Would definitely stay again if the few items mentioned are attended to.

Amazing property

This was my family’s first vacation in years. The house was set up so nicely for little ones. The home was clean upon arrival and communication with the manager was easy. The outside area was very nice to have a nice evening or swim after the beach. Highly recommended
