Overall, the stay was good. The room was clean, and the staff were helpful. The environment was quiet and the location is near a shopping mall, which is convenient for shopping and food hunting. 😊 However, I found a hair in my plate during the breakfast buffet. Had a great stay. Perfect location, especially travelling with kids. Friendly staff and huge variety of fresh breakfast buffet items. We were very well looked after. If you need to order grab, will easily arrive near lobby area. Also kuta beach and shopping strip are so close by. This is a prime location! Swimming pool excellent and well maintained.
