An older hotel that provides excellent customer. The staff are all very friendly; nothing seems too hard when it comes to looking after guests. We stay here often and have never had a bad experience. Strongly recommended.

Breakfast was ok but felt like poor quality food we ended uo going to other resorts to buy breakfast from them. I found it very weird that bacon was hidden and you had to ask for it and if you didnt knke you missed out.

Clean room and hardworking housekeeping crew. Very polite and helpful staff at the reception, quick check in for late arrival, helped me with arranging for pickup for my tour (Danny), polite and attentive (Nita - help with breakfast boxes due to early morning departure and Suwati). Good location, close to walk to Kuta Beach. Also good breakfast buffet and attentive staff at this restaurant. Look like a nice swimming pool, but did not get a chance to use it. Spa on this location was great

Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in till the check out. This was our third time in bali and the second time at Kuta Paradiso. You guys didn't let us down. The big spread of breakfast buffet is superb and caters to all. Any time we come to bali this hotel will only be our choice for yhe stay. Its close to beach and the malls plus so many options of restaurants to enjoy your cocktails and massages. Kerp it up guys

Disappointing. I have stayed here before and had recommended the hotel to friends, but this time wasn't the best and I was embarrassed to have recommended it. From dirty rooms (toenails from the last guest still in mine) and dirty marks on the cabinetry in my friend's room) to reception being less than helpful, I won't be returning.

Firstly the perfect welcomes & constant politeness and interactions with staff is magic. It is a massive hotel with an awesome pool and it's Bar intertainment. The food, and cleanliness was great. Although some renovating would help in some areas, the room was well cleaned and well appointed every day. We were fortunate to get given some great vouchers that we used for a fun time. Our next stay will likely be at Paradiso hotel.

Although the room was clean, and the air conditioning was working. We had a constant drip of water coming from the ceiling. Becoming increasingly worse every day. Making sleeping very difficult. We complained every day from day two of our visit. We were offered a change of room eventually on day 6 of an 8 day stay.

Spacious & clean room, great service by pick up driver, who also gave a “tour” of hotel facilities & directions & with our luggage. Nice pool, with basketball. Nice spa but didn’t have a pleasant experience, as the spa treatments ended way earlier than supposed to, felt “cheated”.

Breakky was alright, we enjoyed it very much. All staff are nice and well mannered except for one incident. Rooms were cleaned when asked and requested. Easy access to the beach and shops and restaurants. Overall, it was all good. Will recommend to family and friends and will come back again with the grandkids next year.
