Это очень тихая, тёплая, уютная квартира. В квартире есть все для полноценного проживания, посуда, утюг, чайник, кастрюли, варочная поверхность, полотенца, постельные принадлежности.
Рядом возле дома есть много кафе, баров, ресторанов, банки, торгово-развлекательные центры, продуктовые магазины, прекрасная транспортная развязка.
