The room and the overall property was fine however the breakfast was not up to the mark. Buffet had very few options specially in the bread section with limited options for vegetarian folks. Also the service during breakfast was lagging such that milk/juices were not refilled on time, toaster were shut off well ahead of time, during check-in breakfast time was stated as 10:30 A.M. but when we reached they mentioned it will be closed by 10:15 A.M, Nespresso machine did not had milk refilled and even the washer/dryer were not clean from inside.

We didn‘t have our room cleaned and when called the reception they told us that was too late. The room was very small. Breakfast: the plates and cups were only made of plastic! There was only filtered tap water on the floor. The presentation of the food was chaotic. The brand of Hyatt is damaged with this poor hotel!
