Very clean room, professional staff, nice amenities such as gym, bathing room, and complementary snacks with coffee and other drinks. Only small issue was wifi seemed to be intermittent, depending on time of day - perhaps due to heavy usage by others in area but still noticeable and not something experienced at other hotels in Japan during my vacation. Overall highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay with good location to subway and other attractions.

Fantastic hotel. Would absolutely stay here again! The little treats like the coffee beans (very good, by the way) and dashi were so thoughtful! We also loved that so many meals and snacks were included, not to mention the lounge area with the teas, juices, and ice creams. The onsen was amazing and a great for a beginner like me. There were very few people when I went and it felt safe and private. The breakfast was very good and staff friendly. Like I said, I would stay here again! (They had also given us vouchers for a souvenir, but unfortunately we forgot to get them!)

Fabulous hotel

We decided to stay at The Blossom based on numerous reviews. From arrival to departure, this was an amazing stay. We were greeted with treats during check in. Great customer service and the location was convenient: just 1 stop away from the Kyoto Station; in a nice, quiet area of the city. The hotel was clean and the rooms are comfy. Such a fantastic value! We would love to stay at The Blossom again when we return to Kyoto.
