Onze vakantie was fantastisch. Het huis is op alles voorzien. Net, mooi, goed onderhouden.Ook was er van alles genoeg van bestek tot glazen en kookpotten.

Uns hat nicht gefallen

1. Check-in. Nach der langen Einreise wurde uns PIN-Kode des Keybox mitgeteilt. Nach gefühlt 30 Minuten erfolglosen Versuchen das Schlüsselkästchen aufzumachen, mussten wir mit der Vermittlungsagentur in Verbindung setzen. Ah, es wurde uns einen falschen PIN-Kode mitgeteilt. Nach der Eingabe des richtigen Kodes haben wir den Schlüssel erhalten. 2. Nachdem wir am Samstag gegen 11:00 PM endlich angekommen sind, haben wir festgestellt, dass es keine Tücher und keine Bettwäsche gibt. Hm, da mussten wir wieder mit der Agentur telefonieren. Und bekommen dann die Nachricht, dass Bettwäsche und Tücher nicht Bestandteil des Vertrags sind. Wir haben nie den Vertrag sehen können. Sonst hätten wir vom Zuhause ins Auto miteingepackt. Was machen Gäste, die fliegen? Was sollen wir jetzt machen? Das waren die Fragen an Agentur. Es kam ein Angebot - die Bettwäsche gleich zu bringen für den Aufpreis 200 Euro. Wir haben nein gesagt. 3. Am nächsten Tag haben wir Überwachungskamera im Haus detektiert. Das kann gar nicht kommentiert werden. Eigentlich hätte man Polizei anrufen sollen. Wir wollten den Urlaub nicht mit der Polizei verbringen. Ich habe die Kameras geschlosse. Ob wir mitgehört wurden, weiß ich immer noch nicht. Kein schönes Gefühl, überwacht zu werden!!!!!!!4. Das Haus an sich und Aussenbereich mit Pool ist völlig ok.

De très belles vacances

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines. Pour une première fois dans cette région, la maison nous a offert un havre de calme et de repos tout en étant parfaitement située autant d'un point de vue local que régional. Tout est confortable, en nombre, propre. L'entretien est de qualité et effectué de manière très discrète. La maison dispose de tous les services, c'est vraiment top ! Prima woning met alles op en aan. Het enige kleine minpuntje, we vonden de matrassen nogal hard. Dit is natuurlijk persoonlijke voorkeur.

Belle maison de vacances, bien située

Nous etions a L'Escala en couple avec deux ados. La maison est très agréable à vivre et nous avons adoré y séjourner, tout était réuni pour que le séjour soit réussi. La piscine est magnifique, la terrasse et le jardin superbes, nous y pensons encore 15 jours après notre retour. Nous avons séjourné fin juin, avons trouve le quartier calme, et la plage la plus proche facilement accessible en 15 min a pied. De beaux souvenirs.... Merci à notre hôte !!

Maison parfaitement équipée (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, clim, wifi, plancha..), très bien entretenue (piscine, jardin...), joliment décorée, bien située (plage à 15mn à pieds, et proche commerces). Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine et recommandons vivement !

Idéal vacances famille

Nous avons séjourné à 4 générations dans la Villa de M. Mme Cintas et nous nous sommes tous régalés. La maison est un petit paradis agencé avec goût, les espaces jardin, piscine et patio sont vraiment agréables. La plage de Riells est accessible à pied en 15 min et les plages d'Empuries sont à moins de 10min en voiture. Nous espérons revenir!

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la villa de Mr Cintas. Cette dernière est charmante, tout confort et bien équipée. L’extérieur et l’intérieur sont décorés avec goût. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de Mr Cintas à l'Escala. La maison est bien placée, avec des commerces et la plage à proximité. Les plages plus éloignées sont accessibles en 5 minutes en voiture et 10 minutes en vélo. La maison est très agréable. Le jardin et la piscine sont parfaitement entretenus. L'agence sur place et le propriétaire sont très réactifs et disponibles en cas de besoin.

Maison calme et très agréable à vivre

La maison est très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel et calme. Celle ci possède tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Le jardin et sa piscine sont plus qu’appréciable et la terrasse ombragée située derrière la maison pour les repas aussi. Les chambres sont bien équipées (sauf une chambre qui n'a pas la climatisation) surtout la suite parentale qui possède par le garage son accès privé. Il faut quand même prévoir 15 min de marche pour se rendre à la plage la plus proche, pour l'aller tout va bien c'est en descente mais pour le retour c'est moins cool. Le seul petit bémol c'est qu'à l'arrivée dans les lieux, le propriétaire demande par l'intermédiaire de l'agence qui gère la remise des clefs de verser 100 euros pour l'utilisation de la climatisation. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour dans cette maison.
