Great contemporary villa on the heights of Ile-Rousse, with sea view, heated swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Villa Annonciade has a superb panoramic view of the Ile-Rousse and the whole coast, as far as the Agriates Desert and Cap Corse. Located on the Sémaphore hill, in a quiet area, the villa is 2 minutes from the Leclerc shopping centre, 5 minutes from the beaches of Bodri and downtown Ile-Rousse and 15 minutes from the beach of Ostriconi.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, the capacity of the villa is 6 people.

The surface of the villa is 137 m2 and its features are:
- 1 master bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a bathroom with shower, bathtub.
- 2 rooms with beds in 160x200cm.
- 1 shower room including a shower and a WC.
- 1 large living room with TV and dining area.
- 1 fully equipped kitchen: American fridge, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher.
- A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, table and steam iron.
- Three terraces: one shaded, one covered and one in full sun.
- Heated pool and jacuzzi.
- Mixed barbecue and grill.
- Household linen provided.
- 2 cars private parking and one garage.

The deposit is 2000€ to give at the beginning (cash, bank imprint) of stay and return at the end of stay.

The villa also has an extra apartment that can be rented in addition, but not independently.
There is 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, and a shower room.
The price is 1500€/week for July/August and 750€/week for April/May/September/October.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Traumaussicht

Wir haben unseren Urlaub (6 Erwachsene) in dieser wunderschönen grosszügigen Villa sehr genossen. Die Villa war perfekt ausgestattet inkl. Pool. Traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf I‘lle Rousse und das Meer. Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen. Garage und Stellplätze vorhanden. Viel Privatsphäre. Absolut empfehlenswert!!

Très belle situation, bien placé et confortable!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Situé proche du centre, la maison est très agréable, spacieuse, fonctionnelle comporte tout le confort attendu. Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée (car un peu frais en avril). Place de stationnement privée - garage. La propriétaire est accueillante et sympathique. C'est une location que nous recommandons sans hésitation.
