Chalet L'Ecureuil: direct access to the Nordic area

The Ecureuil chalet with sauna is located opposite a shuttle stop which makes it very easy to reach the Linga, the La Panthiaz gondola and the center of Châtel. The Nordic area passes in front of the chalet. It benefits from a clear view of the mountains and plenty of sunshine. The chalet's driveway is cleared of snow by a professional. The chalet, which can accommodate 10 people with great comfort and ease, is organized on 3 levels: On the ground floor, tenants will have access to an entrance opening onto a small living room with television and 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm*190cm) and the other with a bed (140 cm*190cm) and a bathroom with toilet and sauna. On the 1st floor: you will find a kitchen with dining room and living room equipped with TV and wifi opening onto a large south-facing terrace furnished with garden furniture and an outdoor table with chairs. Two bedrooms with 2 twin beds (90cm*190cm), as well as a bathroom with toilet and a bathroom with toilet complete this level. The second floor distributes two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160cm * 200cm), and the other with 3 single beds (90 * 190cm). 3 outdoor parking spaces are present. Upon arrival, a deposit of 2000 € will be requested from you by imprint of your bank card. Pets allowed, non-smoking accommodation. End of stay cleaning is included in the price. For the summer, the multipass for 10 people is included and offered in the rental price. In summer, it is the ideal starting point for beautiful hikes and also for peacefully taking the marked mountain bike/electric mountain bike routes. Furthermore, you can explore the Vallée d'Abundance over a distance of 20 km via the Dranse banks path accessible less than 100 meters from the Chalet. For your comfort, we can also offer you the following additional services to facilitate your stay: - Cancellation insurance at the price of 4.5% of the amount of the stay - Household linen at €25 for a single bed and €50 for a single bed double (includes bed linen, a sheet and a large bath towel and a small bath towel per person, bath mat and kitchen linen) - Beds made on arrival: 10€ for a single bed and 20 € for a double bed - Booking ski passes with a 10% reduction for a minimum of 3 consecutive days
