Staff at the Grandstay in la Crosse Wi are friendly, helpful and understand the hotel business is a service industry. We enjoyed the clean facility, the pool, jacuzzi and work out rooms each day of our stay.

Everyone was very cheerful and professional. The breakfast was exceptional, I like that the pool is open later than most motels (Midnight) and the location right downtown but still hidden away is perfect for shopping all the unique little shops LaCrosse has, and walking distance from all the night life one expects in the town. Im making the Grandstay my spot whenever I'm in town.
