What a fantastic place! The staff was incredible nice and they took care of every question and request from us. Hotel manager Jose Manuel and his entire team were amazing! The restaurant operators Yadira and Luis were super courteous and their food quality was A . The cleanliness of the rooms and the dedication of the cleaning crew was second to none. We give this little hotel a 5-star review!!! We will staye here again for sure!

The building is fantastic with an amazing view from the roof terrace. Well located within the historic centre of La Orotava. Unfortunately there was no receptionist until 17.00, which was very stressful until I found a phone on which someone answered. Breakfast was delicious, staff were polite and helpful.

Hotel de charme dans un village qui en a également beaucoup. Chambres du 3 étages superbe avec la grande terrasse avec vue. Pensé a réservé pour les repas. Carte restreinte mais plats très bon. Precio totalmente injustificado; estado lamentable

Fatal. Me había quedado varias veces antes en este hotel hace años pero ahora está en un estado lamentable: los colchones insoportables con muelles salidos, sin calefacción, persona en recepción solo algunas horas, sin servicio de restaurante, la conexión wifi penosa; realmente pagar 150€ no tiene justificación. Una pena porque el edificio es muy bonito y era un hotel encantador

Sehr schönes Hotel in einem typischen alten Herrenhaus mit ganz viel Atmosphäre. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet und super netter Sevice.Schönes Zimmer mit sehr frühem Check in. Perfekte Lage in der schönen Altstadt.

Magnifique, bien situé, personnel agréable. Mais... chambre très chaude (au mois de mai), pas de clim = nuit blanche. Et galère à l'arrivée avec l'ouverture de la chambre subordonnée à une appli qui ne fonctionnait pas (personne à l'accueil). Heureusement le personnel est très sympa et compétent ☺️

L’hôtel est très bien situé. Belle bâtisse typique. Le confort est correcte mais la chambre donnait sur la rue et du coup c’était vraiment très bruyant. Nous avons eu la chance d’assister aux animations de Noël dans le ville. Le petit-déjeuner était très décevant. Hôtel fantôme 😄 personne à l’accueil (ouverture des portes via une app) personne au service du petit-déjeuner (assiette sur la table)
