"The Desert Haven", une belle maison nouvellement décorée est parfaite pour se divertir! Le propriétaire, un architecte d'intérieur de luxe de la région de Palm Springs, a créé un espace chaleureux et accueillant, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Cette maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert 2400 pieds carrés avec des plafonds de volume, 4 chambres (une avec portes françaises / entrée séparée de la cour avant); 3 salles de bain; un loft de salle de jeux; quatre téléviseurs intelligents; tous les nouveaux appareils, et bien plus encore. La propriété comprend un arrière-cour élégamment aménagé où vous pourrez profiter des couchers de soleil spectaculaires de la piscine d'eau salée privée et spa.
Le Desert Haven est idéalement situé à moins de 8 km du centre des événements Coachella Music Festival / Stagecoach ou à quelques minutes à pied du service de navette de l'Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Restez en mars et regardez le tournoi de tennis ouvert BNP Paribas, également situé à l'IWTG, ou participez à la fête nationale des arts La Quinta reconnue dans la vieille ville de La Quinta. Awesome stay!

Me and a group of three friends stayed at this house while in the area for a golf vacation. The house was perfectly set up, and the outdoor area was phenomenal. Communicating with the hosts was easy, and the property was equipped with everything you would need for a fun trip away. I highly recommend Chris and Michelle’s house to anyone heading to the area!

Comfortable, clean, and convenient.

Very nice property only a short drive to various activities. We hiked, visited Palm Springs, Ladder Canyon, the Aerial Tram, and more. The house is conveniently located. Shopping was very close (within 10 minutes or less). Beds were comfortable and the house fit our family of six perfectly. Hot tub heated to 88F so was comfortable. Would stay here again.

A perfect home for a get together

The property is even better than the pics indicate. The backyard is wonderful. Lots of activities for everyone inside (board games, pool table & ping pong table) and outside (pool & hot tub). The home was fully furnished with lots of amenities including lots of bath and beach towels. Small detail however much appreciated. The host even decorated for Christmas-nice touch!

Perfect oasis for all ages

This property was everything listed and more. We had 6 people stay ranging in ages from 23 to 86 and the whole trip was great for all. Chris and Michelle were fantastic to deal with - very responsive and reasonable to work with. We can't wait to visit again!

Family time

We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed the home and the pool. The hosts provided pool toys so my grandchildren ages 5 and 20 months had so much fun! There is also a grassy area in the back that also provided them an area to play. The location was great and near restaurants and shops. The host served as my realtor by showing properties in the area and was promptly attended to any needs or questions we had.

Wonderful home, great location

This villa was just what we needed. Chris & Michelle have thought of everything that you could possibly need for your stay. The outdoor space is fantastic, so peaceful and relaxing. Our only regret is we didn't stay longer. Plenty of things to do in the local area too. Can't wait to return!

Great, Big Back Yard

We had a great time! We spent most of our time in the backyard and in the pool. Chris was great; very attentive and very helpful. The house has everything you need and is very well maintained. The loft was a lot of fun and well suited for families with kids of all ages. The only downside was the street noise (intermittent) in the back yard, but we got used to it pretty quick and didn’t notice it much after the first day or two. Overall great experience and we would definitely come back!

New favorite!

I’m almost afraid to say how good this house is, because then it will be harder for us to book it again! We rent houses for family vacations several times a year, and we are very picky. This house was perfect for our family in every way! We had plenty of space for everyone to spread out, which was important since we were there together for two whole weeks. Three members of our family were working remotely during this time, and there was always someplace they could get away to work in quiet or take a phone call. The house had everything we needed for an extended stay. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for the meals we prepared there. There were plenty of bath towels and pool towels. Three separate living areas had plenty of comfortable seating for our family. The backyard was our favorite part. It’s beautifully landscaped with an amazing pool and hot tub. We spent hours every day swimming and relaxing on the comfortable outdoor furniture. Chris and Michelle are helpful and attentive owners. They gave helpful tips and answered questions from the time we booked until our stay ended. We appreciated everything they did to make our stay comfortable and the fact that they were only a text away! Staying here enhanced our Spring Break in every way, and we can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay for BNP Tennis

We stayed here for a family vacation to watch tennis at the BNP Paribas. The house was wonderful. Great location with easy commute to the tennis tournament. Our hosts were very accessible and the whole process went very smoothly. Would highly recommend!
