A savvy globetrotter, passionate about travel and animals, Aurélien welcomes you to a charming contemporary villa leaning against a "balcony" and "panoramic belvedere", on a south-facing hillside, in a residential development (bordering a country road that is partly busy during the week, depending on commuter travel times) nestled on the heights of the charming, typical and commercial wine-growing village of La Roche Vineuse, one of the rare communes of Saône-et-Loire to have retained its revolutionary name, with numerous appreciable small shops and a notable heritage (elegant 18th century "Renaissance" residences with lava roofs, wash houses and cadoles, 11th century Romanesque chapel, archaeological site of the "Carrières de la Lie" listed as a Historic Monument, etc.).
