Definitely NOT Magnificent

Our whole experience of this property and communication with the owner has been appalling in every respect, to the point where we decided we just couldn’t stay there and had to seek alternative accommodation.We are still trying to seek redress with the owner more than 3 weeks on.Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Très bien dans l'ensemble, très calme, bien situé.....parking privé parfait. Attention la rembarde de l'escalier est fragile. Mettre une anotation pour indiquer le bouton open du sèche serviette. Il ne manque rien.

Emplacement idéal avec parking sécurisé et proximité des commerces et du port de la Rochelle. Par contre très très déçu par la propreté. Très déçu également par les dysfonctionnements des parties communes. Impossible d'accéder au local poubelles, pas d'éclairage cage d'escalier 1 jour sur 2 et avec 3 étages c'est très ennuyeux, pas de connection internet. A 140 la nuit l'appartement doit être nickel. Tous ces désagréments méritent sans aucun doute un dédommagement.

Bon emplacement pour 3/4 personnes maxi

Dans l'annonce il est noté 3 chambres puis 1 chambre et 1 mezzanine ??? Logement un peu petit pour 5/6 personnes et 1 seul jeu de clés!! Prélèvement de 100% du loyer à la réservation puis aucune réponse aux mails jusque 3 jours avant l'entrée. Un peu limite la communication.

Appartement rénové avec goût bien situé avec parking ! Cependant les oreillers et couettes, tapis sont tachés... douche avec cheveux. Accueil 15 h 30 appel pour me dire 15 h j'accepte et téléphone dès notre arrivée pensant bien faire... on me fait une remarque disant que je donnais plusieurs horaires !!!!

Bel appartement bien situé pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour sortir. Le petit plus la place de parking. Par contre du rafraîchissement à prévoir dans l appartement (peinture,pomme de douche a changer ,rambarde a resserrer, ménage un peu plus approfondi et surtout vérifier que le bip fonctionne pour ouvrir le portail car nous avons été embêter , plus d arrivé d eau dans les toilette en eau ) .
