Discover this sumptuous and magnificent 9-bedroom colonial-style villa in the heart of the famous Casa de Campo Resort and Villa, renowned for its world-class golf courses, fine restaurants, elegant marina and much more. Located in the beautiful Barranca Este Area, halfway between Minitas Beach, the Marina and Altos de Chavón, all within 5 or 15 minutes by golf cart.

Accommodating up to 25 people, the house is decorated in a strong colonial style, with unique pieces of furniture, art and decorative objects, promising an unforgettable and timeless stay. Fully equipped and staffed by a quality service team, you'll feel like a king in a sunny paradise.

The real attraction of this property is its enchanting, distinctively styled exterior. Surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, the villa offers spacious relaxation areas, a magnificent swimming pool, private gym and tennis court. A separate two-bedroom guesthouse completes the property, providing additional accommodation for guests.

All 9 bedrooms have king-size beds and exceptionally large and well-appointed en-suite bathrooms. Each room is spacious, comfortable and private with a large walk-in wardrobe and some have balconies with stunning views.

The large, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals to be enjoyed in the spacious indoor and outdoor living areas. The piano and bar make for unforgettable evenings!

To make your stay easier, 6 service staff are on hand from 8am to 4pm to prepare and serve breakfast and clean the rooms and living areas daily. On request, a chef can also prepare lunch and dinner (prices and details on request depending on the services required).

At the disposal of our guests and included in the rental price are two 4 and 6-seater electric golf carts to move around the complex and enjoy every corner of this beautiful paradise.
