Best view in the marina

We had a wonderful stay in casa de campo marina and this apartment has the best view of all! It’s smack in the middle of the piazza and from the two balconies you can witness gorgeous sunsets while admiring the serene view of the yachts pulling in. The apartment is impeccably kept and has spacious bedrooms. The place is secure with shopping and everything at your fingertips. We enjoyed our stay!

Great apartment in a terrific location

Our family of four adults thoroughly enjoyed Tom's two-floor apartment located in the heart of the marina. Tom is an excellent and responsive host eg when a portable fan for the deck was found to be inoperable he had it replaced with a new one within an hour. Everything else was in excellent condition from the outdoor seating to the appliances and HVAC units. Supremely clean and his on-site staff are truly wonderful people who keep the place spotless. We really enjoyed being in the proverbial thick of things location-wise with a great variety of the better restaurants and shops steps away - yet also felt very tranquil with the dining crowds dispersing by 10-11p and the mornings remaining very quiet with nominal crowds even during the peak season of our visit Dec 23-29. Can't say enough good things about Tom, his caretaker staff, the apartment, and its location. We have already recommended this unit to our friends and will rent again when we return to Casa de Campo. Side note: on a prior visit to Casa I'd rented a golf cart which while novel has several drawbacks. This time we rented a car from Alamo desk in the Marina a 3 min walk away with parking a 2 min walk away due the car's ability to get around the vast compound far more quickly and safely with the option to secure items in the car itself like our golf clubs.

First VRBO rental in Casa

We're normally guests of the hotel and this was the first vrbo we've rented in Casa so we had some reservations. All was as planned, the location was great, and the maids were excellent. Only two issues were that one of the restaurants in the marina below us was being renovated so a bunch of banging and noise first thing in the mornings (not a property problem just an fyi), and we rented an electric golf cart from the place in the marina which had to be charged in front of the villa every night. Marina security didn't want to let us through in the evenings so to get back in it took some "palm greasing" daily.

Great week with our family

We have come to Casa De Campo 3 times in total now. Staying in the Marina was fantastic, especially with our 1-year old son. The apartment was exactly as listed online. Clean, convenient, and exactly what we needed. Tom was fantastic helping us arrange for everything we needed (crib, golf cart, etc.). If you are looking for an option that is walking distance to stores, restaurants, and other amenities, and close to Playa Minitas, this is a great option. We will definitely stay again.

Awesome Spring Break Destination!

Casa de Campo is amazing and the Marina was a perfect location for us. We lived on the balcony and our 15 year old daughter’s felt very save walking around by themselves. Lots of dinner options in the Marina and only a golf cart ride to the beach or the hotel pool. Naomi came every morning and was very accommodating and Javier provided transportation to and from SDQ. Highly recommend Plaza 9!

Nice 2BR apt in great location

The marina is a great central location and this apartment is very nice. There is a grocery store in walking distance and we cooked a lot of meals. Lovely balcony for happy hour overlooking the plaza and boats. Nice outdoor cafes just steps away. Overall, a very good choice for a 2BR apartment in Casa de Campo.

Walking distance from almost everything in Casa de Campo, except for Playa Minitas and Altos de Chavon. The apartment is in good shape as advertised and includes daily cleaning service. Tom is attentive and very responsive!

Great Location for Wedding Weekend

Had a great time at this Marina condo. We were able to walk to dinner and shopping and to the grocery store. Staff was amazing and cooked breakfast for us each day! Make sure you rent a golf cart to go to the beach club and Altos de Chavon.

Amazing view and service

Had an amazing time with my family at this rental. The view was perfect for drinks and company at night time. My family enjoyed staying up talking and laughing. The service was perfect. Ladies made sure everything was cleaned and in order. I appreciated them staying a bit late the first day to give us the keys before them heading home. It was an awesome experience!
