Les 2 points forts de cette location sont le jardin et l'emplacement. Avec sa grande terrasse et ces multiples coins ombragés équipé s de transats le jardin est très agréables. Le quartier résidentiel ravira les amateurs de calme. De plus la plage à dix minutes à pied est très agréables pour les familles et les nageurs. La location est un sous sol aménagé un peu sombre mais agréable en cas de forte chaleur. Les équipements sont complets et de qualité. Seul petit bémol la décoration mériterait d'être allégée, un peu trop de tableaux, de bibelots et de linge dans les placards.

Semaine au pyla

Super semaine au pyla avec mes enfants et petits enfants … location confortable et fraîche malgré la canicule . Une très belle terrasse pour tous les repas et un joli jardin au calme . Je garde l’adresse pour l’année prochaine. Le pyla est un lieu résidentiel et fort agréable.

très décevant

Appartement très sombre ,sanitaires exigus ,portes accordéons en mauvais état ,chambre avec seulement rideau de séparation ,installation électrique douteuse! Télé minuscule et fonctionne pas bien de même pour le wifi.L'entretien de l'appartement et du mobilier jardin sont limite (nous ne l'avons pas utilisé)!! Points positifs ,situation ,grand frigo congélateur,heureusement terrasse abritée nous ayant permis de manger dehors à tous les repas,avec vue sur le jardin qui est plaisant ,Linge fourni satisfaisant. Nous sommes désolés mais nous sommes très déçus.

Séjour au calme, jardin et appartement très agréables

À 10 min en vélo du Moulleau, la propriétaire est très sympathique, discrète, nous avions tout le paisible joli jardin pour nous, avec chaises longues vue sur le jardin et les pins, appartement bien équipé et fonctionnel. Quartier résidentiel très calme, un peu sur les hauteurs du Pyla. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Petit coin de paradis

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette maison. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le splendide jardin japonisant. Nous avons pu nous y ressourcer et profiter du Pyla. La plage est à 10 minutes à pied. Il faut juste être un peu sportif car cela grimpe pour remonter à la maison😉 Encore merci à Francoise, la propriétaire, qui nous a chaleureusement accueilli.

Calme, très bon emplacement

Jardin très agréable. Les chambres sont très agréables. La pièce à vivre est un peu petite, mais le beau temps nous a permis de bien profiter des extérieurs. La maison est très bien située, proche des commerces et d’une plage.

Un endroit charmant.

La location située dans le cadre enchanteur des quartiers du Pyla, correspond en tous points à ce qui est annoncé sur le site. Très propre et fonctionnelle, elle permet un séjour extrêmement agréable et sans problèmes. Le jardin , mettant en valeur la nature avec les arbres,les fleurs, la verdure et changeant de couleur au fil des heures, est remarquable. Quant à la propriétaire, qui sait se faire très discrète, elle est exceptionnelle, d'attention et de gentillesse. En fait, c'est une adresse sur le Bassin , que l'on aimerait garder pour soi...

Séjour en famille très agréable !

Mme Richard s'occupe parfaitement de la location de son appartement. Elle est sympathique et très arrangeante. L'appartement constitué par le RdC de sa grande maison est indépendant et très agréable. Le jardin "zen" en terrasses est très reposant et parfait pour un séjour au calme dans un environnement à proximité des plages océanes. On y reviendra avec plaisir !
