Nestled on a wooded plot of over 1,000 m², this magnificent villa of approximately 130 m² offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) and a heated swimming pool.

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by an entrance hall leading to a bright living/dining room facing south and west, furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a television. The separate, fully equipped kitchen (with American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, range hood, Nespresso machine, and 3 induction hobs) also has a dining area and provides access to the garden. A convenient utility room with a washing machine and ample storage is also available. A shower room with WC and three well-appointed bedrooms complete the layout: a first bedroom facing west with two single beds and a chest of drawers, a second bedroom facing east with a double bed and a wardrobe, and finally a third bedroom facing west with a queen-size bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with WC is also available.

Outside, you will enjoy a well-maintained garden, a furnished terrace, a beautiful heated saltwater swimming pool (10 x 4 meters) with an underwater alarm, and a pétanque court. For children, play equipment such as a trampoline, a swing, and a slide are available.
The entire villa is spacious, contemporary, and easy to maintain with its parquet and tiled floors. Air conditioning is available in the living/dining room and the kitchen. You can also park several vehicles on the villa grounds, including under a carport. A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership), as is a final cleaning service, subject to normal and regular maintenance of the rental during your stay.
