The "Le Cosy" Apartment – Shared Pool

Beautiful modern apartment in the Savinière estate, surrounded by forest and just 1,500 m from the beach—perfect for a relaxing seaside getaway. Enjoy access to the residence’s shared pool in July and August.



The location is ideal, right by the cycle path leading to the beach on one side and the town center on the other.



Situated on the first floor, the apartment features a lovely terrace. Inside, you’ll find a kitchenette with a combi-oven and two hobs, a shower room, a sleeping area with bunk beds (no window), and a living/dining room with table, chairs, sofa bed for two, and TV.



Check-in is from 3 pm to 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and instructions.



Private parking space included.



The accommodation is carefully prepared—please respect the premises.



Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided as an option for an extra charge. Even if you choose the cleaning option, please leave the house tidy: wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.



Parties are strictly prohibited.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out for collection twice a week. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be taken to the local recycling containers.
