With a surface area of 110 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travelers and offers an ideal setting for vacations with family or friends.

Nestled on a 1,600 m² enclosed plot bordered by an oak forest, the house guarantees absolute peace and privacy. With its south-facing aspect, you'll enjoy the sun all day long, whether by the pool or on the large 80 m² shaded terrace.
A spacious, welcoming interior
The house comprises :
- A vast 70 m² living room with TV, comfortable sofa and convivial dining area.
- A fully equipped open kitchen, including kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... everything you need to prepare great meals.
- Three bedrooms:
Master suite: queen-size bed (160×200) with private bathroom (bath and WC).
Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200).
Bedroom 3: two single beds (80×190).
- Additional bathroom with shower and WC.
Fiber-optic Wi-Fi connection included to stay connected while enjoying the natural surroundings.
Exterior & facilities
- Private swimming pool (6.5 m × 3.5 m, unheated), open from May to October.
- Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.
