Leider ein in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt mit toller Lage. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief reibungslos und die Besitzerin begrüßte uns herzlich ( leider nur auf Französisch) Das Haus hat eine tolle ruhige Lage mit großem Garten und sehr netten Nachbarn. Im Haus selbst gab es einige negative Aspekte. Im Großen und Ganzen ist seit 30 Jahren nichts mehr passiert. Die Schränke in der Küche waren teilweise kaputt und die Gläser mussten vor dem benutzen abgespült werden, da ein unangenehmer Geruch dran hing! Die Möbel waren zwar sauber aber altersbedingt abgenutzt! Das wlan funktionierte nicht. Im Badezimmer gibt es hygienischen aufhol bedarf . Preis und Leistung waren definitiv nicht im Einklang.
