Facing the ocean, with direct access to the beach, this cosy, comfortable studio with its large veranda overlooking the ocean will appeal. It is located in a quiet area, no car or road passes in front of it. It is a pleasure to contemplate the magnificent view of the ocean, the sunsets, the surfers and kite surfs. Its large veranda is a plus!

Rest, idleness, joy of the ocean, swimming, beach, surfing…. (the surf school is right next door)

For the car, place in the closed car park of the residence (access with remote control badge to open the door).
