The host was very slow in getting back to us. Twice ,we asked her to call, she never did. Unlike all of are other stays, communication here was not good. 4 face cloths for 8 people for 3 days..No extra toilet paper .We had to buy are own.No tissues. Spaghetti and other garbage was left in the garbage disposal. We were told not to use it ,so we couldn't get rid of it. Not enough plates for 8 people. The house book said check out time was 11am but Patti said 10am. No snow shovel, so we had to buy are own. Sat morning we planned to go skiing at 8:30 so we shoveled the driveway. The people who were hired to shovel came after we were finished. We didn't know anyone was coming because the host did not communicate with us.On a positive note ,the house itself was bvery nice.
