We had to get a room at the last minute and Scott at the front desk was amazing!! Very sweet, helpful and just awesome guy.. would definitely stay here again. The room is bigger then a normal hotel room and the balcony was a treat..

Very clean room and well-manicured grounds landscaping. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast options were good. Need larger fridges and microwave on countertop instead of under counter on top of mini-mini fridge.

No shampoo or Body wash in room. Appeared to be a common problem, as someone was getting some as I checked. Not caused by the hotel, but at 4 a.m. the next room decided to watch t.v. and give loud commentary about what they were watching. Knock on connecting door did not help.

The room had a nice layout, but the furniture is outdated and dingy. I did not like the smell in the room, and the carpet and entry and bathroom floors were filthy. I also had a roach in the towels that I was using.

Refrigerator leaked water and then stopped working. My wife and I had to throw leftover good away and use towels to wipe ip the water. Very slippery. We told housekeeping and the front desk but nothing was done. We were only told the maintenance man called off work.

Based on my experience 'there's a lot to be desired ' no room service after eight 'meaning there wasn't adequate linens 'the microwave oven didn't work and the front desk clerk stated that there wasn't any maintenance person on duty after 8pm' this is unacceptable 'period.
