Max occupancy is 6. Guests must be over 21 years old to book. No smoking or vaping in the house. Check out is at 11:00 AM
No parties on property (cameras are located on front door). No jumping or swimming in the river. Quiet time is from 10:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M
