The room that was initially provided smelled like someone dumped a case of air freshener in it. Could breathe in it. After nicely asking the front desk for another room, I was rudely offered the room next door. When I say rudely, it was attitude. Had my reservation as “pay at property” they tried to charge me before I got there, and when my card flagged it and declined, they gave the room to someone else. When I got there she was confused and rude somehow at the same time. Ended up driving way farther for a cheaper place.

The sheets were stained, the walls were stained, I was pushed to give them a cash deposit when I asked to do it on my card. I booked a queen and two doubles, it was three doubles. I brought these up to management, but they didn't care. Thankfully, they did return the deposit.
