The details for check in were not provided until after 10 am day of our check in. They were accurate.
However, when we arrived at the property for a family wedding, we could not find a simple kitchen item. It was clear that at one point the property had one, however, I was concerned that may be a theft had occurred from the property. I notified the property manager at the same time we had suspicions. The property manager never returned my call.
After we left the property I noticed that a family member had lost an earring. So we sent the property manager an email concerning it, and to date, we have received no response.
Overall, I sent three emails to the property manager and left one voicemail and none were responded to any.
