The place was great. A quick drive into Boulder. We would definitely stay again. The backyard was great place to have our morning coffee. The only thing I would add is a full length mirror.

Best Vacation Rental by Far!

I booked the cottage for a place to stay for my wedding near by in Louisville. I am absolutely in love with this little cottage! It was THE PERFECT location and esthetic for hair and makeup and getting ready. It was very cozy and welcoming. I was pleasantly surprised that it was significantly larger in person than it looks in the photos. The entire property was beautiful and the hosts were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this location for anyone, especially if you are getting married in Louisville.

We had an amazing time!

An easy place to find and get around to places to eat and things to do! The master bed was AMAZING we didn’t want to leave it! We got married so we brought our dogs and it was perfect! We feel bad we have a Husky and I’m sure even after cleaning she left a mini her in fur 😅 thank you for everything!!

A great property close to many activities!

The cottage on the owner's property was a great place. Half our family stayed the first week while my son attended grad school and we joined the second week. Plenty of privacy and space for the dogs. Very easy to access, plenty of parking, everything we needed for our stay was there. fornour stay

Lovely cottage

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. Everything we needed was provided by the owner. We actually did not need to chat with them during our stay because truly everything was made available at the cottage. I cannot recommend this place enough. It is as advertised and a great spot for couples and families, especially if you are traveling with a dog.

Relaxing

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Communication was great with the host. Upon arrival, we were a very clean and welcoming cottage. The owners provided various amenities above and beyond what we've experienced in other homes. Everything was as described: comfortable, clean, relaxing, and inviting. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area for our dogs. We had several family gatherings to attend and it was always comforting to know our dogs were safe and comfortable. Overall, this was a fantastic home to spend a week and we will hopefully be back. Thank you Devon for a great stay.

Charming little cottage

The unit is the back half of a detached cottage on the owners’ property. It is private, with a little yard and covered patio area, including a grill and picnic table, enclosed by a privacy fence. The cottage itself is delightful — nicely decorated, carefully maintained, perfectly clean, and with many thoughtful touches to make guests feel comfortable and at home. The bed was very comfortable, and towels and bedding were good quality and in good condition. Location is great, near many parks, trails, shopping and restaurants. We very much enjoyed our stay, and would gladly stay again on a future trip to Boulder.

Spacious and great location!

We spent just over a week at this beautiful and well-appointed cottage. I work remotely and there was plenty of room to work as well. A few more friends came for a few days of our stay and there was room for five of us comfortably. The location is great with easy access to Boulder, Louisville, and lots af trails. Super clean with plenty of towels, pillows and extra blankets. Also a pretty and private outdoor space. Large washer and dryer too. The owner is on site but we felt like we had total privacy. A friendly dog came to visit a few times as we were getting in and out of our car. I'll definitely be back!

Great location. Super cute home with great fenced in back yard!

We had the excellent stay here. Communication with the host was quick, easy and comprehensive. The home is decorated beautifully and we absolutely felt like we were in a luxury cottage, complete with a fantastic outdoor patio. The bed was super comfortable, and the showers had perfect water pressure. There were plush towels in the bathrooms and throughout the house, there were plenty of great blankets for lounging. TVs with lots of streaming options were fantastic, and the kitchen had all of the items we needed. Even the washer dryer units were great LG models that did a great job. Location was excellent too. Just a short drive to great grocery stores, restaurants, hiking, and the CU campus. Overall, and easy 5 star stay.

Colorado Spring Break

We had a great stay. Devon was always quick to respond to any questions I had. There was a snow storm during our stay and Devon and Patrick were so helpful making sure we were able to make it home safely. The property is perfect for bringing your fur babies as well. I can’t recommend it enough. Great location and close to so much.

Best weekend ever!

This property was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. My now husband and I came out to Boulder to get married in the mountains with our dog, and this stay made it the perfect weekend. Incredible hospitality, very clean and cozy, beautiful back yard space, etc. The host was very kind and easy to reach. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! :)

What a cozy & comfortable cottage. Loved our stay here!! We booked over a long weekend & this gem fit all our needs. Quiet, super clean, cozy, relaxing, the overall aesthetic was wonderful, great backyard for our dogs, the cottage was very dog friendly!! The location was a short drive to UC Boulder where our daughter attended a college visit. Also, close to Pearl St for lot’s of dining options & the best shopping. Great hosts & price for all the wonderful perks! We would definitely stay here again :)

Perfect for our needs

We needed a place for 10 days while our home was being repaired, and this place was perfect. Clean, quaint with all the staples we needed to feel as close to home. Our dog adjusted too, and it was nice to hike trails nearby that are not my regulars. Loved the long loop on Davidson Mesa! Hosts responded quickly to questions too. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again given similar circumstances. Thank you!
