"Alles in allem: katastrophal! Swimmingpool nicht nutzbar, da verdreckt (Zigarettenstummel uvm.) und nicht desinfiziert (keine Chlorung, trotz Zusage), dreckige bzw. nicht richtig gewaschene Bettwäsche u. Handtücher; Ameisenbefall überall; sehr schwaches bzw. zeitweise kein WLAN; kein Frühstücks-Angebot, trotz Auflistung; zugesagte Angaben und Fotos stimmen mit realen Zustand nicht annährend überein: kein kostenloses Mineralwasser, kein tragbarer Ventilator, kein Föhn etc.Personal bedingt bemüht bzw. genervt bei Ansprache; Personal kaum bemüht um Verbesserung bzw. genervt bei Ansprache der Mängel. Nie wieder!!"
