Most of the staff was very friendly. The Spa Person a bit too serious - felt unpolite. I was a bit surprised that this level Hotel still uses a small plastic bottles for shampoo and conditioner. That is not very environment friendly. Over all very positive Hotel if you do not mind a lot of people in the breakfast room etc. Everything worked well despite the crowds.
