Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The view from our room was breathtaking. Prime location for beaches, and a short walk into the downtown area. Very close to a beautiful beach boardwalk. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. Luca’s rooftop was delicious for dinner! Pool was lovely. Would stay here again!

Hotel was lovely, great included breakfast and pool snack bar. Pool area was lovely but quite windy. Room was nice, but small and some areas a little dated (washroom mirror needed to be replaced). Located right next to the beach and lengthy boardwalk over the cliffs for an amazing location. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The rooftop restaurant was excellent as were the inclusive breakfasts. A big shout out to our favourite waiter Pavlo, who made our experience very memorable. Always a smile on his face whether on the morning or evening shift.

Great hotel! Very clean! Family room was great for us! Loved the breakfast! Very convenient to have breakfast! Gorgeous rooftop and pool area! So close to the beautiful beach!! Room cleaners did a fantastic job daily!! Abrigada !! The nearby Blue Whale restaurant was excellent too! 5 minute walk

Disappointed

Parts of the hotel were worn down, Hotel restaurant and pool bar are not connected when it comes to communications pool bar was nice but you had to go upstairs to get stuff rather than just order it from your room. No pool cues for the pool table, no ice for the room, it seemed like anytime we asked the front desk or something they couldn’t really help us or perhaps were too lazy to care -not sure. I think once it used to be a really nice place but right now it’s under poor management and they’re not reinvesting profit back into the property. Many areas were rundown certainly not five star. I’d give it maybe three stars.

We were pleased with the location of the hotel - easy access to beach and restaurants. Breakfast was phenomenal - everything you could want. We weren’t that pleased with Luca’s restaurant. For the price is was about a 4 on a scale of 1-10.

Amazing such a beautiful welcome to Portugal! Weather was great and the rooftop was fun. Take the scenic walk over the cliffs to the next beach and go down the stairs to heaven! The beach is gorgeous. Thank you for the best service and the delicious dinners at Luca’s roof top!

Great pool area and very clean hotel. Location was excellent. Grocery store next door in “Burger King” mall was great to restock for trips. Staff were not over friendly, when asked questions about storing bags until check in.

Shoulder season?

Hotel is located in an excellent location near the beach and is walking distance to Old Lagos and the boardwalks. Rooms are relatively small, no smart tv and no bathroom fans. The breakfast buffet option is very much worth its value. While the hotel was full. The lounge bar wasn’t open. Definitely enjoyed the stay.
