The staff were great but the room was not in good shape. The shower did NOT drain, there was NO water pressure in the sink to rinse my toothbrush properly, the patio door did not have a deadbolt, the main door had a makeshift deadbolt, there were large gaps at the tops and bottoms of both outdoor doors, the sheets were pilled and very scratchy, and the room was very bright, even with all the shades closed. I left after the first night and took the financial loss (and it wasnât a cheap rate) rather than spend another night there. Two things that were good, the view and the towels.
