The lady who works the morning shift is the only reason I would ever stay here again. So kind and helpful. The mid day shift and night shift never seemed to be able to answer any of my basic questions. The rooms were ok. Comfy bed, but the mini bar prices were insane. 8$ for a .50 bag of trail mix ? And don’t get me started about the resort fee….for basic coffee like a Holiday Inn would offer. The cookies were never even good cookies. There was nothing “resort” about it. The saving grace was the gorgeous views just a short walk away which I guess is what you pay for.

Most of the employees are nice however the night front desk gal needs help with kindness. Every time we went down to ask a question she was very short and rude. Enough so that we would not go down if she was there. There was a few of us that wanted the fire pit started and after waiting 40 mins I went down and ask if she could start it. She seem upset that I would even ask. The room and facilities were pretty clean. I would recommend this to you if your looking to relax on a budget.

Everything about this property makes it special. If you want a cool vintage-feel beach hotel with a surfer vibe, this is it. The staff were available and helpful with all our requests. Our room - spacious, comfortable and quiet, with an ocean view. Pool, hot tub and fire table area were all well maintained. We really enjoyed this special find and will be back. LOVED IT!!!

Excellent experience all around, I booked this stay originally for one night but enjoyed it so much just within a couple hours I inquired with the front desk about adding another night, they were very accommodating and even though our original room wasn’t available for another night we were able to upgrade to another. The rooms were so clean and spacious, the location is beautiful and has so many wonderful dining options as well as access to some scenic walks on the beach!! I really look forward to staying here again!
