It was disappointing that the rooms were not ready at check-in, although I had booked almost a month in advance. The attending staff and dining were great, but the property conditions were not so good. The air conditioner water started dripping from the ceiling, and it took two front desk calls and almost 20 minutes for someone to come and fix it. Overall, it was a good experience.

Hotel is old and is in dire need of refurbishment and rewiring. TV, plug access, switches are outdated and inconvenient. It was also difficult to shower without making a mess because of shower curtains instead of a glass wall. The commode was a lot smaller than usual, like it was installed for kids.

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They provided great service all around - from everyone at the front desk, concierge, restaurant, cleaing staff, etc. I'd definitely return. Great hotel!

I liked the responsiveness of reception to address issues with the room I stayed in. Most of the staff were friendly. However, check-in and check-out process was unnecessarily slow and inefficient. The rooms could certainly do with some upgrades. Overall, it was a decent stay with lots of room for improvement.
