I was disappointed with this hotel. Our room had a very odd unpleasant odor. Both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs were closed and the expresso bar that was advertised was also closed despite signage saying that it would be open daily after Memorial Day.

The hotel was close to everything I needed from shopping to restaurants to the lake. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel itself has adjoining parking lots with two other hotels so my family was within a few feet of walking dto them!

The a/c system was extremely loud. There is obviously something wrong with it. The room was too hot and we were unable to turn on the A/C because of how loud it was. Room was clean and in a good area, but the A/C issue was huge. Pretty disappointed

The location is perfect. I love having the large suites. However, ours was not upgraded, was missing furniture, had a strained couch, and was very dark. My daughter had a suite for the same price and hers was great.
