Decent one-night stay. Hotel was the least expensive option in the area. Toilet in room was not clean and had urine stains from previous occupant. I experienced worse serving in the military overseas and didn't make a fuss. Bed was comfortable. Spent my night and moved on.

While the room was adequate, the fact that the doors only had a knob lock and very thin doors on outdoor facing entrances meant that we couldn’t leave any valuables in the room. Floors have no carpeting and the room smelled musty and old when we entered it. TV was tiny and barely functioned properly and the “continental breakfast” was meager and stale. This place could be really great with a major overhaul and refurbishment, but overall we were underwhelmed with both the property and the price.

It was an ok stay, place was clean and staff were friendly. There's a pool table in the room off the lobby(which they serve breakfast ON, so the table is a bit messed up & there's the wrong balls, but still playable/ok to teach kids the basics). Hot tub was closed for maintenance it said, and the pool was cloudy and an off color so we skipped using that. Exercise stuff most didn't work at all, so if you're going for those features skip it, we didn't care much about those things, though the pool would've been nice to be usable and not looking in need of some chemicals/a cleaning. There's a small playground with 2 slides and 2 swings, good to keep kids busy for a bit, there's a large park only about 5 mins away though which was great. Location in general was convenient, food, gas, parks etc all close by & it was about 15-20 mins to lake George as well. Biggest downside was that we had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times in our room because there was a sewer smell that lingered, we thought maybe the water just needed to be ran, if the room hadn't been used recently maybe, but that didn't help. The water pressure was eh, water temps were set backwards also in our room which wasn't a big deal. Beds were very uncomfortable but doable.
