The hotel was gorgeous. The view of the mountains from my room was also amazing. My only regret is not staying longer. Staff was polite and very helpful. I'd recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in the area.

I liked the architecture and how it’s been maintained. The staff was friendly especially the housekeeping people. Unfortunately their policy for water in the rooms is only for the first night even thou we stayed and paid for 4nights! Also the coffee was terrible! Food was okay and service for great!

Toilet ruins the stay!

The hotel was lovely -- The room was clean, and very nice. The big issue was the toilet! The toilet was right next to the wall in the bathroom (3" away) - It was so close it was uncomfortable to use the toilet! This took away from the rest of the experience in the hotel..

We have stayed here several times. The Queensbury is an attractive hotel with refurbished, but smallish rooms and tight bathrooms. But it oozes character and we have always enjoyed drinks & dinner in the hotel bar.
