Fabulous

Had a great time! This place is perfect. There are only 2 things that were a little inconvenient. First, the kids room is through the master so when kids get up to go potty in the night, they walk through your room. Second, the water pressure is amazing but because of that you run through the hot water fast..

Love the Havi House!

Sam’s Beachcomber is always our go to resort when we visit Havasu. This was the first time we stayed at the “Havi House” and it was amazing! The owners have done such a beautiful job and have thought of absolutely everything. From the porch to all of the inside spaces, it’s beautiful and they’ve maximized it so it accommodates everyone comfortably. There were also so many little touches that you would find if you went to an upscale hotel. Thank you and we look forward to our next stay at you your beautiful place!

Sweet lil place

Great place! Super clean, super cute! Very accommodating for our family. Love that we had our own beach, boat docks so there is no hassle with dragging the boat in and out everyday. The golf cart really came in handy as well. Owners were great with making sure our stay was perfect. We will definitely book this one again!

Very well thought out and nicely furnished. Close to everything we needed in the resort. As spotlessly clean as anywhere else we have stayed. The outdoor deck is a wonderful place to sit outdoors mornings and evenings. Our hosts were responsive , nice and easy to deal with.

Updated and beautiful

The Little Hava House was a pleasant surprise!! A buddy and I were looking for an inexpensive place to stay while fishing at Lake Havasu City. This was my sixth trip to Sam’s Beachcomber and the Little Hava House was absolutely the very best place to stay. The price for the rental was much lower than expected, but there was a cleaning fee which had me second guessing my decision to make the reservation. The rental contract was at the guard shack upon my arrival to the resort and the instructions were detailed and easy to follow. When we entered the Little Hava House the first thing we noticed was it was immaculate and recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable and all the linens were clean and new. All the appliances were spotless/new and the bathroom was spotless with soft hot water. We didn't use the golf cart since the boat slip was only a block away, but the owners provided access to their amazing golf cart. Honestly, the Little Hava House looked more like a show home than a rental property. Hopefully, the owners would make an exception for trustworthy pet owners...I'd love to return with my wife and our two small dogs every Spring!! The Little Hava House will be our first choice when returning to Sam's Beachcomber Resort.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this location, and cannot stress enough how responsive the owners were in ensuring we had the best stay possible. We might add that the accommodations were impeccably furnished; perhaps the best we have ever experienced. We travel a lot, and when we do, we typically choose the best option available. But, we were new to Lake Havasu (corporate event) and unsure where to stay. This particular home was Four Seasons special, from its welcoming gift basket, massive assortment of coffees, golf cart, cozy front porch seating, and decorating appeal. By far, an excellent value in our opinion.

Loved our Stay!

We've been staying at Sams for the last 4 years. This is hands down the nicest, most comfortable place we've stayed at. Chris and Alisha made the whole process so easy and effortless. We'll be hoping to have the little Hava House available for us on our future stays in Havasu. And the usage of the golf cart made life way easier for our stay. Can't wait till next time.

The place was clean, close to the lake, and fully stocked of all things we needed. Amazing hosts left us a welcome basket and were communicative throughout our stay. The access to the golf cart was a really nice touch as well

Great experience!

I really enjoyed staying here. Chris and Alisha thought of everything when it came to providing the right accommodations. This unit really has everything you need, also it is VERY clean and the design is well done. They made me feel comfortable with any questions I had, and response was instant. The location is perfect for access to swim beach and they also provide one of the best golf carts in park! I would definitely stay here again!
