Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night`s stay.
Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.

Please take all garbage to the designated garbage area.

Kayak Safety
Life jackets are required when using the kayaks. Kayaking is not allowed after dark.

The home has 3 exterior security cameras facing outward: a doorbell camera at the main entrance, a camera on the back deck facing the deck and lake, and a camera in front of the garage facing the driveway. They are motion-activated and record video and sound.
Stairs
This 2-story home requires exterior stairs to enter. Two bedrooms are on the main level, and interior stairs are required to access the bedroom and bonus room on the lower level.
