Room was facing the ski resort, small and no fridge in the standard room, but manageable. It was quiet. It had great food and drinks. Alittle pricey. It is a popular place. Ski shuttle was super handy.

We have stayed here in the past but this time the room wasn’t up to the price paid. There was ice and mould on the inside of the windowsill. Tea bags but only tiny espresso glasses and no mugs. The safe wasn’t working (but after a phone call to reception it was replaced). No robes for the pool which I would expect in a delux room (other guests were wearing them at the pool) long wait at breakfast te reason being we were told was they were short staffed. The hotel is very convenient for the lifts but overpriced.

We’ve had many good trips to this Hotel. First time in the main building. Prefer the separate suites. Main building room was somewhat clean but dated, small and lack of plugs in convenient spots.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. The room appeared clean. Having a properly draining tub, coffee maker that worked, and proper shower curtain would definitely have improved the comfort and overall stay.
