Worst experience. Sorry to report. Room was serviced on 1 day out of our 7 day stay. Shower did not have hot water. No once came to resolve this issue. Once room was changed, we found ants in the new room. Bulb was out, which was not replaced after multiple calls. Breakfast was not served until the time promised on Sunday due to staff miscommunication. They ran out of milk one of the days. What else can you ask for... This was our worst stay among all the Hamptons we have stayed in over many years.
Took picture late. Ants were all over the food. You can see one here. It was full of ants when food was left for an hour.
Dirty sink. Did not take shower pic since I was tired.
Ants everywhere in the new room.
These were all over when food was left on the counter!! WORST HOTEL!

Housekeeping was poor. We requested our room cleaned at 9 am and when we came back to the hotel at 5 pm it was not clean and we were told there was no time they could say the room would be cleaned. The room was finally cleaned the next day. Also our toilet was clogged and they said maintenance was not available and they could give us a plunger
